“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.”
― Maya Angelou, I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings

I remember reading I Know Why The Caged Bird Sings in high school. I was amazed. In awe. The story captured me in a way that compelled me to say, “I want to do this one day.” Not realizing that I would have a few stories of my own.
Our voice has a unique story. No two stories are the same. When I had done live events #BeforeCorona, people would be drawn to the fact that I self-published three (so far) books of my very own. Like it was another wonder of the world. There would be millions of questions. Simply I responded, “I just did the work.” I did the work. Investing in programs, perfecting my craft, sacrificing, investing time, failing forward and still learning along the way.

Don’t overthink it friend. Don’t allow imposter syndrome to take over. I’m a #MidwifeToWrite
Until next friends. Your voice in a contribution to the world.
